OUR APPROACH

Standards that support progress.

Practical relevance

Learning centred on travel operations, customer care, reservation workflows and management responsibilities.

Fair assessment

Clear expectations, consistent assessment criteria and accessible routes to raise concerns or appeal decisions.

Responsible practice

Professional conduct, inclusive service and an understanding of tourism’s impact on people and places.

WTTA and training providers

Our model separates qualification oversight from training delivery. WTTA develops programme specifications and assessment requirements. Approved Training Providers deliver teaching, learner support and day-to-day training administration under their approval arrangements.

Providers are expected to explain fees, schedules, support and their own delivery policies before enrolment. WTTA’s learner policies set out the proposed routes for matters within the academy’s responsibilities.

WTTA’s programme specifications are being developed. Level labels do not imply recognition on an external qualifications framework, and reservation-system course listings do not imply vendor accreditation.
